What does it mean ‘Living in the moment?’

I thought the following might give you something to think about.

Honour the present moment, give it your full attention and don’t waste your time thinking about the past.  The joy of being is hard to master. It requires attention, discipline and practise.

Withdraw your attention from past or future. Free yourself from your own mind and start enjoying what’s important.

It’s ok to dream about the future, it’s ok to think of your past achievements, but it’s not ok to be trapped in a cycle of thoughts that have nothing to do with our current reality.

DON’T TRUST YOUR MIND AND ITS SNEAKY WAYS!
